Virtual labs build networking experience without risking damage to your servers and infrastructure

Theory only goes so far.  Whether it’s systems design or engine repair, every technical discipline requires a great deal of hands-on experience to develop a true understanding.  Networking is no exception, but the risks and expenses involved in setting up practice equipment are staggering.

Safe, Affordable Networking Experience

This is why Element K offers vLab virtual labs, the only web-based learning system that enables you to connect directly with LIVE equipment in a real, risk-free environment.

  • No need to worry about purchasing or damaging a dedicated training systems production environment.
  • Set up a virtual environment for sales enablement to demonstrate new technologies to clients.
  • Virtually configure and control a real working network, from home or at work, that's available 24x7.
  • Apply newfound knowledge on live Cisco and Microsoft networking systems, solving actual problems using our bank of servers and infrastructure.
  • Manage your own devices to practice resolving real problem-scenarios, and reinforce skills that map to your level of expertise.

Once a virtual lab session starts, you are given a set amount of time to complete the task.  Afterward our vLab Assessor provides valuable performance feedback based on a review of what you accomplished in a given exercise.
