Ordering courseware from Appcon is easy!

• Select the course that you want. Course outlines for most courses can be reviewed online.
• Once you have selected a course, you can simply order your manuals online or by emailing your order to learning@appcon.com.au. (Please do not forget to include freight cost in your order).

If your complete order is received by us before 12 noon (Sydney time) we will ship your books to you that day. If your order is received after midday allow an extra day for delivery.

Evaluation

If you would like to evaluate an entire manual prior to purchase please contact us for an evaluation copy.

Returns Policy

We will accept returns of current version Deluxe Manuals if advised within 7 days of receipt of your order and offer a credit on the following conditions:

• Returns are only accepted for Microsoft Office and Adobe manuals, and only for the latest versions of the software.
• The credit will be less a restocking fee of 50% of the purchase price
• The credit will be processed after we have received the returned manuals
• The credit will not include the freight charge.
• The credit will only be applied to future purchases

Call us on +61 2 9302 4200 to request your Return Authorisation number. We regret that without the authorisation number a credit will not be passed processed. This Return Authorisation number is valid for 14 days.

Manuals returned to us for credit or exchange must be in their original condition (ie still in their original shrinkwrap and undamaged), must be standard Appcon manuals (ie have not been customised for your organisation) and you must quote your Return Authorisation number with the manuals.

Appcon reserves the right to refuse to accept for return manuals that have been ordered incorrectly.
