Lab Simulations
Objective
LabSim simulation labs provide students with a learning tool that develops the practical, real-world skills they need on the job. They simulate a realistic work environment and give students the opportunity to setup, configure, and manage IT hardware, operating systems, and software.
Real Work Environments
IT professionals work in environments where they need to go to different locations to connect computers and network devices. We simulate these environments in our simulation labs. Students are able to visit multiple rooms, floors, and buildings to set up and maintain hardware.
IT Hardware
Our advanced labs simulate over $100,000 worth of hardware, including Windows and Linux servers, Cisco networking devices, and computer components. Students are able to practice configuring hardware equipment and troubleshoot issues all within their browser.
Operating Systems
Our simulations allow students to explore and practice managing multiple operating systems, including Windows 7, 8, and 10, Linux, iOS, and server operating systems. Experience using multiple OS environments gives students an edge in their career.
Computer Software
The Office Pro course provides students with the ability to practice and prove their ability to use key computer software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. These skills are essentials for any working professional, and there is no better way to learn than using our simulations.
